With more than 20 years of leadership experience, including a vast knowledge in corporate sales sector, education sector, and the events industry, our founder, Dr. Tuby Akinlosotu decided it was time to follow her passion for teaching and mentoring women in business and leadership. Tuby has excelled in every career and as a business owner and desires to help other women do the same. Thus, the creation of Above Only Leadership and Above Only Women. Now, we share our passion by helping others. Our ramp up process is designed to empower you and/ or your team and outfit them with the tools they need to succeed.
